ACCESS TO THE RESIDENCES


As of Thursday, February 17, 2022, access to our residences, restaurants, and spa is once again possible without a mask or certificate.

Please ensure that you are up to date on the latest government regulations when travelling to Switzerland. Click here, for more information.


The following Travelcheck will also allow you to check whether and under what conditions you can enter Switzerland.

AVAILABILITY OF TESTS


In collaboration with Synlab laboratories, SWISSPEAK Resorts will offer its clients the possibility to have a saliva PCR test done directly at the residence. 


  • These tests will be available every Thursday from December 30, 2021 from 09:00 to 11:00 in Vercorin and Zinal only.


  • The results of the tests will be given to the clients within 12 hours by SMS


  • The cost of a test is CHF 145.00 to be paid on site

At SWISSPEAK Resorts, we guarantee a 100% refund for cancellations related to COVID-19. 


Last-minute cancellations will only be accepted if you can prove that you have been affected by one of the following reasons: 


  • The confinement of your area of origin or destination
  • The border closure between your country of origin and your country of destination
  • A quarantine period to be observed for vacationers traveling in your destination area

 

For all other reasons, the original cancellation conditions apply, i.e. those in effect before the pandemic.
