Yes - luggage can be stored at reception during the reception opening hours.
For check-in and check-out, you may use the specially marked parking spaces at the main building. Please leave your luggage in the car for check-in. You will receive your parking card and further information on the parking spaces in the resort at the check-in.

We have barrier-free apartments in the main building (standard SIA 500 and Pro Infirmis certified) as well as apartments for guests with slight walking disabilities. Barrier-free or handicapped accessible apartments are equipped with, IV-compliant wet rooms and are accessible by lift and all in the main building.
We have 2.5-room apartments and 3.5-room apartment which are disable-friendly.
When booking, it is essential to mention if a disable-friendly apartment is required.
