Yes - towels/linen are included in the rental. 

Cancellation terms for individuals

  • Up to 43 days before arrival 10% of the total amount
  • From 42 to 29 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
  • From 28 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the total amount
  • 1 day before arrival or “no show” 100% of the total amount

Cancellation 1 day before arrival without charge - In case of reasons related only to Covid-19, only for the following reasons:

Government travel restrictions prevent you from going to your residence SWISSPEAK Resorts due to :

  • The confinement of your area of origin or destination
  • The border closure between your country of origin and your country of destination
  • A quarantine period to be observed for vacationers traveling in your destination area

For all other reasons, the original cancellation conditions apply, i.e. those in effect before the pandemic.

Yes - luggage can be stored at reception during the reception opening hours.

For check-in and check-out, you may use the specially marked parking spaces at the main building. Please leave your luggage in the car for check-in. You will receive your parking card and further information on the parking spaces in the resort at the check-in. 

Yes - the WiFi is free throughout the resort. 

No - smoking and vaping are prohibited in all areas of the residence.

No  - the city tax is included already included in the apartement price. 

No - however we collaborate with a Breakfast delivery service which you can order form.

Yes - the cost of an additional Baby bed is CHF 20.00/stay. Free high chair on request. On loan subject to availability

In all apartments :

- Living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV with international channels, dining table, and chairs. 

- Open kitchen equipped with:  vitroceramic hotplates, oven, dishwasher (except studio), coffee maker, cutlery, plates, glass etc.

- Shower room, WC


Yes - all residences have elevators. 

Yes -  we have disable friendly rooms available. Please request this when booking.

Yes - Dishes and kitchen should be cleaned before departure. The cleaning of the rest of the apartment is included in the room bill. 

No - a laundry room is available in the resort. Guests can purchase tokens at the reception.

No - if you require housekeeping services you must request this at the reception, at an extra charge. 


We have barrier-free apartments in the main building (standard SIA 500 and Pro Infirmis certified) as well as apartments for guests with slight walking disabilities. Barrier-free or handicapped accessible apartments are equipped with, IV-compliant wet rooms and are accessible by lift and all in the main building.

We have 2.5-room apartments and 3.5-room apartment which are disable-friendly. 

When booking, it is essential to mention if a disable-friendly apartment is required.

No - customers must check-in at any time after 15h30 up until 18h

If you intend to arrive after later than 18h on the scheduled date of arrival you must inform the residence otherwise our no-show policy will apply. +41 819 201 400

No - guests should bring their own toiletteries.
